This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected when you use our mobile application and the services provided through it.
By using Astro, you confirm that you have read and agree with this Privacy Policy. You have reached the age of 16 years (or your parents or guardians have read and agreed with this Privacy Policy).
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our application. Please cancel any subscriptions using the Apple feature (if you are using an iOS device) or Google (if you are using an Android device) and delete the application from your devices.
GDPR refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
EEA includes all current member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
1. About Personal Data
- 1.1. When communicating with our support service, you may need to provide us with your email address and other clarifying information to fulfill your request or provide you with support.
- 1.2. Some data we collect automatically, such as your operating system version, as well as data on the sources and methods of installing our application.
- 1.3. We collect data from your mobile device. Examples of such data include: language settings, IP address, time zone, type and model of the device, etc. We collect data about your interaction with our service. For example, we record how often you use the application, how long you stay in it, as well as your purchases and subscriptions.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing your personal data
- 2.1. To enable you to use the application smoothly, as well as to prevent or correct errors or technical problems associated with the application. We use monitoring services provided by Google (Firebase). See Google Privacy Policy and the "Privacy and Security" section of Firebase for more information.
- 2.2. Information that the user provides about themselves using contact forms, including name and email address, is necessary for feedback, to respond to requests for technical support, services, etc.
- 2.3. To communicate with the user about our application, we use push notifications. They may contain reminders or other information about the application. To disable receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device. The services we use for this purpose may collect data on the date and time when users of our application view the message and when they interact with it, for example, clicking on links included in the message.
- 2.4. We and our partners, including Google, use your personal information to tailor and personalize advertising.
How to opt out of personalized advertising
- For iOS device users: On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking.
- For Android users: Open the Google Settings app → Ads → enable the “Opt out of interest-based ads” option.
These actions do not disable advertising completely but stop interest-based ad targeting.
3. Legal basis for processing personal data (for EEA users only)
We process your personal information on the legal basis of your consent to this Privacy Policy.
3.1. Who we share data with
We share information with third-party services to help in debugging, improving, customizing, supporting, and promoting our project.
3.1.1. Service providers
We transfer personal information to third parties we hire to provide services or business functions on our behalf based on our instructions.
We may transfer your personal information to the following types of service providers:
- Data analysis service providers (Firebase)
- Marketing partners (in particular, social networks, marketing agencies, email delivery services)

We may use and disclose personal information to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, protect our rights, privacy, security, or property and/or the rights of our affiliates, you, or others, and to respond to court, law enforcement, regulatory, and other government agency requests or as required by law.

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time.
By continuing to access the application or use it after changes are made, you agree to abide by the revised Privacy Policy.
